Weekend getaways in Kassel

Breakfasts there are the best

We absolutely loved our stay at Hood House. It is so conveniently located and our room was spacious. Highly recommended!!

Second time we stayed here

Good place to stay.

hotel and breakfast offered was good but the location is in the bad area, so many characters just across the street, was not welcoming at all. Will look for a different place next time.

Nice large bathroom Kitchen and still a spacious room No traffic street only pedestrians Parking around the corner in the Gallaria garage

Clean room and delicious breakfast.

Clean and pleasant room. Staff was helpful.

Awesome clean rooms. It’s right next to the streets and you barely hear cars.

Rooms are adorable - small but charming! The beds were comfortable and there were more than enough pillows to satisfy. Our room had a balcony with a lovely view. Very clean and quiet, situated in a nice neighborhood. The restaurant closed fairly early, so we had to walk about half a mile to the nearest restaurant, which was pleasant. Very good breakfast (at an extra price).

Proximity to transport is unrivaled. It is literally adjacent to the Hauptbahnhof and the tram and bus depot. Rooms are well sound proofed. Despite being on the second floor overlooking the tram line, street noise was barely audible. Hotel provided earplugs as an additional measure for the sound sensitive. Good breakfast.
