The Palm Hotel and Spa is located in a beautiful part of Reunion Island surrounded by lush scenery and gorgeous beaches. The hotel facilities were top notch and the staff were exceptionally accommodating and bent over backwards to give our family the best experience possible. The only downside is that there is a slight trade off with the location. What a delightful little find this was! The property owner is absolutely delightful and so very helpful. The room is very spacious and the surrounding areas are lovely. The actual town of Cilaos is so quaint. Really loved it. The actual hotel is quiet, safe, and clean and very centrally located. The parking is very easy and secure as the gate locks at night. Overall, really great place to spend a night or several. Cilaos is a stunning place!
