The hotel is clean, modern with courteous staff. It is a little distance from the city center but it was a welcomed escape from the bustling of the city after I was finished with my tours.

The hotel staff were very professional and helpful.

I had very good time there, all the staff were very friendly and kind specially Shehab he was very helpful and gave me directions where to go I will stay there again highly recommend.

The elegance the history the location. I have stayed all over the world, The Old Cataract is probably the best one.

Our stay at the Le Meridien was great. We were able to walk straight to the hotel through the airport. Food was amazing and we spent the day lounging at the pool. We picked up nice souvenirs from the gift shop and were relaxed for our flight home the next day.

The Hilton resort in Luxor, Egypt is so calm placid beautiful in multiple parts and is served by a large number of super lovely elegant intelligent professional people. The design of the hotel is superb, it leaves you open to experiencing the West Bank across and Egypt’s natural beauty. They picked a smart location to build the place. Ali at front desk was exceptional. Lovely five star all inclusive resort, and unlike many Egypt Five Star ratings, this one was earned. Spacious, clean and well maintained, well worth the extra money vis a vis the adjacent JAZ resorts, even more luxurious and modern feeling than the other nearby Steigenberger Coraya resort which has a more clustered and rustic vibe, although closer to the sandy beach.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hotel staff were exceptional! They provided personalized recommendations and were always available to assist with any questions. Ahhh where do I start, I get emotional writing this. This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in, the owner of this place Marina is like a mom with such a big and kind heart. She will go above and beyond to help you and make sure you’re taken care of. The staff and their service was top notch. Every room is beautifully decorated and unique in their own way. I loved this place so much that I ended up changing my plans and stayed one more night. 10/10 recommended!

Professional staff

This is a fantastic resort property. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The food and staff are fantastic. There were activities on the beach like volleyball and yoga. There is an onsite dive shop and an activity center that can book you for parasailing and snorkeling. I believe some of the reviews for this hotel said there is snorkeling right off the hotel beach, but I did not see any (it is a bay, not a coral reef). The only other negative is the resort area where this hotel is at is far away...

This is our first stay at a Four Seasons hotel. We always hear it's posh and very luxurious at any Four seasons so we had great expectations. We arrived late at nite after a traumatic taxi ride from the airport, we were greeted by the friendly staff and concierge and was upgraded to a premium room with the pyramids view from the balcony so that was amazing! Truly excellent place to stay, especially considering the price. Yes, it's a little more expensive than some other hotels you might stay in but for what you get (everything high-end, adults only, all-inclusive food and drink) it's really a bargain. Two small pieces of advice to the management: First, the wifi can be a bit slow at times in the rooms. Very friendly staff. Spa was great. Room was clean but the bath doesn't have enough hungers. Pool was clean and have more than enough seats. Lifeguards were big helper. Food was a lot and amazing. Chiefs have a lot of care.
