Weekend getaways in Cumming

My husband and I stay a night at this hotel as many times as we can! Customer service is excellent! Room is always clean. The in-doot heated pool needs no explanation!😁

Very nice big room, and quiet. Downsides were the pool hours (didn’t open until 9 & closed at 9). The dryer set a high heat was extremely high that it burned our clothes leaving a burnt smell in them. They were so incredibly hot that I could barely touch the clothes when I tried taking them out of the dryer. Also, A LOT of dogs were at the property. I love dogs, but there were so many all over the hotel.

Initially there was a problem with the reservation. I was confirmed for one king size bed and when we arrived the front desk said it was two double beds. I showed my confirmation that was sent via email, explained my husband was very tall, they put us in an available one king size bed room. Very service oriented and we stayed an extra night.

The staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. The room was nice, clean, quiet, and best of all CLEAN!! There was 1 OUTSTANDING element of this hotel, Mama Fran!! I rarely, if ever, write hotel reviews and never will they be about the breakfast service but this woman made me change that trend. She embodies all that you think a typical, older, Southern woman should be and that is not a insult in the slightest.. I wish she was my grandmother and i LOVE my grandma. Sink was slow draining, told staff when checked out. Also missed having paper and pen in room.

The staff was pleasant, the environment welcoming, the surrounding areas provide everything you need in walking distance. We stay here time and time again.

Hotel very nice Im guessing lack of workers contributed to trash pile up and breakfast foods running out.

Excellent experience. I was greeted by friendly staff when I arrived, exhausted from a very long day of travel.! Was delighted to see a good variety of snacks, beverages, and frozen dinners available so I didn’t have to go out. As a gluten free vegetarian, it was great to see Amy’s Thai noodles! My room was spacious and clean. It was so quiet, I slept for 9 hours! The breakfast selection was more than adequate. The checkout counter staff were friendly. All considered, I would definitely stay...

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming each day. Loved the fact there was no carpet in the room, felt clean. Would stay there again.

Lovely room and staff! Only downside is they charge for parking. They said "oh it's so congested around here, we have to charge" and yet the parking lot was not even 1/4 full each night. That was not my favorite!

Excellent experience - Althea at the front desk went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. We were here due to a hurricane and everyone treated us so kindly. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will be back - super comfortable, very clean, good breakfast, easy parking ...everything you need!
