The worst. Staff couldn't be inconvenienced to speak to you, and if they had to, you could tell they were ignored. Booked a room that had a pull out couch, and was told they didn't have linens, so we had to go out and buy extra sheets and pillows. The sheets that were on the bed were dirty. The key card was apparently reset every night, so before going back to the room, we'd have to go back to the front desk and get the staff to re-key the card. There were only two towels in the room that was booked for 4 people. It wasn't terrible, but after driving all day, it would've been nice for the hotel to have the bare minimum.

STAY AWAY!!! Shocking to discover human hairs on the bed sheets in two different rooms! We asked the lady at the front desk to change the sheets and were told no one in the hotel to do it. So, we tried to leave for a refund but she told us it was not possible because 30 minutes after checking in was passed. In addition, the rooms were dirty. Horrible experiences for one night stay. Won’t recommend it!

Stayed for 5 days at this hotel. It is very clean in the room and throughout the facility. Slightly dated, no frills just a clean, safe and quiet place. I’d stay there again.

Not clean or kept up at all sheets had holes. For a place that’s also pet friendly one of staff yelled when she saw my dog mind you he just was sitting front the elevator. When you come on the floor the carpet is clearly dirty. Like they say you get what you pay for. Stayed at another of same hotel other day it was beautiful this was not.
