The worst. Staff couldn't be inconvenienced to speak to you, and if they had to, you could tell they were ignored. Booked a room that had a pull out couch, and was told they didn't have linens, so we had to go out and buy extra sheets and pillows. The sheets that were on the bed were dirty.
The key card was apparently reset every night, so before going back to the room, we'd have to go back to the front desk and get the staff to re-key the card.
There were only two towels in the room that was booked for 4 people.
It wasn't terrible, but after driving all day, it would've been nice for the hotel to have the bare minimum.
