Lovely friendly staff. Parking was right in front of the hotel and the nighttime parking attendant was very helpful with our luggage. The front desk attendant even leant us a knife to cut our maracuya!

The complimentary drinks, dinner, and breakfast were a nice surprise!

Property & staff are excellent. This property location is in ghetto. You can commonly see security & police with shot guns. Even fast food restaurants have armed guard. Don't walk out of this property.

We only stayed one night here, but it was a great experience. The room was simple and although small was nicely put together, comfortable, and clean. It also has has either a view of the marina or the jungle behind the hotel depending on which side of the inn you are on. Since it is a re-purposed building and not built as a hotel it is really more like an inn. There is no lobby as it works side by side with the actual marina, so check in is actually in the restaurant. Everyone was very friendly...

Plenty to do and see. Keep in mind this is a resort facility, so food is not a bargain. You are staying there to enjoy the Aerial Tram, Gatan Boat Tour, and various other activities. One of the most enjoyable parts of your experience will be the sounds of the rainforest from your room. Get a delivery river view room with a hammock. Room was well furnished with all the amenities including free WiFi , coffee and bottled water.

The hotel was BEAUTIFUL and in such a great area (Casco Vieja). I love the fact that you could totally hang out at the hotel at the bar, spa, or at one of the many restaurants. The only suggestion that I would make is for the rooms with terraces, to chairs to the terrace. We loved going out on the terrace, but there was no seating. However, even with this suggestion, it would only bring my rating down to a 9.5.

Best hotel in Panama City. The concierge was exceptional. A very pleasant stay and the only place id consider staying ever again in Panama City.

My family enjoyed a wonderful visit. While checking in we made plans for the entire holiday. This allowed us to see not only Panama City, but also to visit beaches and other historical sites. The hotel restaurants were excellent with great service. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were new and spotless. We look forward to future visits!

It was close to all the shopping malls

This hotel was great. Its location is perfect for a loop around the historic area. The staff is friendly, and most are fluent in English. Everything was clean and the room was spacious with a great balcony. They staff the front door 24/7 so no one unwelcome can enter. The rooftop bar and food was great. It isn't open 24/7 but there are plenty of other options for places to eat, and it is open at meal times. Wifi worked well.

Amarlanis a beautiful, spotless, boutique hotel. The staff is amazingly friendly and genuinely make you feel at home. My room was quite small, but complete with everything i needed. I would recommend it to a friend looking for a place to stay in Casco Viejo!

Everyone except Adriana was very nice. She could have been nicer instead of being very rude.

Omar and Ricardo made a wonderful team to help us find all of the venues we wanted to visit. It's Lenny was a exceptionally good receptionist and the three of them made a great team to make our stay very comfortable and exciting. Sergio was very knowledgeable and passionate about the environment and all the little critters running around here and we thoroughly enjoyed his tour.

I love everything about your hotel, staff was excellent especially Andre' from the restaurant he works the evening shift he took care of us. Food was excellent. Kevin from reception did a great job and also yonnay the bellmen. Housekeeping always made sure we where good. I would recommend your hotel.

My husband & I stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel in the heart of Casco Viejo, Panama. We loved the place. Staff is super helpful and kind. LOCATION LOCATION. Main Plaza and Cathedral are located one block away. Main places to visit, plazas, great rooftops, and great restaurants are at walking distance. When back to Panama will definitely go back to this hotel.

We arrived early from the David airport around 10am and we were just going to drop off our bags and they not only held our bags without question but then also took the time to make sure we had our room early if one was available! (Which there was!)-just be aware during their peak season it may not happen we were just lucky in the off season! The staff is SUPER friendly! The only place I stay when visiting or passing thru the city..

I loved my stay at this hotel. While the room was great and the breakfast excellent what sets this hotel apart from other hotels is the staff. I want to particularly mention Diego and Alejandra who made my stay feel like I was l staying with friends. Gracias!
