Such a beautiful experience! Property is In a perfect location. Close to the Cathedral and train. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away where you can take day trips to Deía and Valdemossa. Concierge was very helpful. I was there for their grand opening, so it was impeccably clean.

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel Finca Ca N'ai we felt relaxed and completely stunned by the beauty of the grounds. Our room was number 6 in the main building. The hotel was perfect. The room was large and pretty. The pool was large. The pool area never looked crowded. The beach was steps away. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of delicious items. Couldn’t be better.

I had never heard of BQ hotels. I booked this because I needed a kid friendly property with a pool and easy beach access. I was very pleasantly surprised. This property offered all of that and a very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The AC worked well and the water pressure was good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would live to go back there again.

We thought the property itself was beautiful. Upon checking in you are greeted with a welcome drink! The front deskman that checked us in was so nice, kind, and helpful. We stayed in the roof top suite and the view from the roof was breathtaking. The distance from the airport to the hotel is less than 15 minutes which we loved because we wanted to stay in close proximity. The hotel restaurant was so chic -- we had the half board w/ breakfast and dinner included and it was delicious. Great stay!

It was an amazing stay—we really enjoyed it! The staff were super nice and friendly from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The room was beautiful and extremely clean!
