The staff was very pleasant. hotel was very clean. Well maintenance. Rooms were very, very nice. Location was perfect for what I needed to be. Would stay there again.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. We stayed in a room that was perfect for 4 guests. Very comfortable, friendly staff, and incredible breakfast. It was so nice to have a nice balcony to sit on in the morning with coffee and evening with wine!

The property is situated in a beautiful location and very close to the airport. The staff was super helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. Room was big with great view. I would advise to bring your own toiletries. It only has shower cap and soap. I was prepared so it wasn't a big deal.

Impressive attention to detail. Rooms are small yet comfortable. They are well laid out and have all the amenities. Staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. Beautiful interior design throughout. Excellent breakfast buffet plus cooked to order options. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious too. Pool area (indoor and out) is small, quiet and intimate. There is only room for a few chaise lounges so they may not always be available. The hotel is designed so you never have to venture out, but...

We were extremely pleased with the property and accomodations. Well appointed rooms, pool, sauna, steam room, fitness room. Beds were great. Delivered breakfast was customized and outstanding. Staff was great. 5 stars plus!

They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels!

The property is so peaceful and calm and was such a wonderful experience. We are so pleased with how everything turned out. The pool was immaculate. The food and drinks were delicious. The staff was kind and patient and were wonderful at every turn. The golden retrievers that are on the property are so sweet as well. Overall, we had an excellent time and would love to return.

Loved everything about this boutique hotel. Everyone went above and beyond helping us with suggestions of what to do while there. The room was clean and well laid out. The breakfast was delicious with many buffet options plus a few made to order dishes. The vibe is modern but welcoming. The pool area is nice - it was chilly while we were there so we didn’t swim, but it was a calm place to sit and relax after hiking. I have stayed at Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico five times in the last 18 months. The staff is especially friendly and accommodating. Antonio in particular always greets you with a warm smile and an interesting fact about the island. His quick wit is a plus too! I will always stay at the Grand Hotel.

Andre at reception started us off with great hospitality and friendliness and had suggestions for several activities. The room was superb as was the hot springs pool. The hotel had the nicest indoor pool I've seen anywhere. The whole experience was very memorable

The property is great. But for me the people who work here really made the stay amazing. They are all kind welcoming people that did all they could to make our stay amazing. This place is well located and literally offers everything you need for your trip. From rental car services to a place to hold your bags before check-in and after check-out. If I come back I’ll definitely stay here again.

A beautiful family-owned country retreat surrounded by nature. The rooms are spotless, thoughtfully designed, and there is plenty of easy parking. It's only about a 15-minute drive to Angra, giving you easy access to town while still enjoying the peace and tranquility of the countryside. Take a walk through the surrounding area and you'll be greeted by the fragrance of beautiful flowers and the sight of cows peacefully grazing in the nearby pastures—it feels wonderfully authentic and relaxing....
