Weekend getaways in Easton

I love staying at the Lafayette Inn every time I visit my daughter. It’s always clean, spacious and quiet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I did notice on this stay that a hot breakfast is no longer provided. That was always a really nice touch. Too bad they changed that.

The pool was a hit with the 4 grandchildren. It was a birthday celebration for 3 of them. The front desk extended out stay until 1:00 p.m. which was great. The breakfast was super, and the kids loved the cinnamon buns. The variety of choices was great. The rooms were beautifully appointed and the beds were very comfortable!! All in all a great stay. The one thing that was disappointing was that the pictures showed a jacuzzi in the pool area, and it must have been a very old picture.

We were very pleased with our stay at The Golden Pheasant. The staff were pleasant and actively supportive to ensure that our stay at their property was comfortable and that we enjoyed the attractions of the area. In particular, Maria, the innkeeper, gave us very good insights into the local highlights, a few of which we would have overlooked if not for her. The included breakfast was delicious and filling. Unfortunately we already had dinner plans, but based on the filled dining room each...

Great hotel with charm. Clean, quiet and complimentary coffee was a bonus!

I hesitated about reserving a room so close to the theater that was older in years considering I have a disability. I had tickets to a show at the Sellersville theater and thought I would have trouble. I could not have been proven more wrong. The staff was extraordinary helpful, very very nice rooms all renovated, food quality in the restaurant was excellent. I have a Hospitality degree so I have a high standard of service expectation. It was met and surpassed.

Hotel very clean breakfast was good however counterperson had deep hispanic accent hard to understand her english her welcome was clear but once we began talking uuhh and of course attitude came in after asking her to say it again. Uuhh

The Woolverton Inn, located in the quaint town of Stockton, NJ is only minutes away from attractions such as Peddler’s Village, New Hope, PA and Lambertville, NJ.
