Weekend getaways in Saitama Prefecture

This hotel is very unique. I left something expensive behind and the staff had it delivered to my next hotel the following day. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Ryokan with caring staff and a delicious breakfast!

My husband and I stayed at this property while visiting our family in Japan. It was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed for eight nights. It was like a home away from home. We had space for our family to come and visit us quite often. This was a priceless benefit. It was close to everything we needed and the nearby train was not an issue but rather a comfort, knowing we had transportation available when needed. The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service.

If you’re getting in late prefect hotel Has everything you need

One of the best places I've been. The lady in the front was so helpful with us knowing we didn't know their language I would highly recommend this place to everyone coming also, like I said, the lady in the front desk made this a wonderful stay for us. She deserves everything

Stay this hotel from Sept 5- 15 on top 14th floor, newly build hotel, despite there is a train track beside it, it is actually super quiet inside the room, few step away from train station and has a grocery market place right underneath, the room is clean and modern equipped, the management dispatches clean towels every day. Would stay there if I travel near it.

We enjoyed the area at train station . Secured room key access to elevator ..separate bath and toilet room. Sliding door divider from room to bath and entry area. Room controls were on small tablet at bedside. Bed area isn't huge but had little table and comfy chairs very functional. No coffee in room but has coffee machine down in lobby. Staff very helpful. I was a bit skeptical, as I saw multiple APA hotels in my search, but that is because of how good it is. It is a very eco friendly hotel with a moto of "Simplified Luxury" which is exactly what it was. It was very walkable to all the major spots of Shinjuku we were looking for- the station, the tourist spots, etc. Also, all the amenities the hotel had to offer.
