Beautiful hotel and clean rooms, great staff. The AC was a bit weak and the hallway was very humid. Having no elevator makes it more difficult for those with disabilities or lots of luggage. I would stay here again.

Very much enjoyed the hotel. It was central in old Quebec, the staff was very helpful. We had a room with a fireplace which added warmth and ambiance. We had a wonderful stay, the room was spacious and comfortable we stayed in a queen suite. Very walkable to all major sites as well as food in the area. The location to parking and bike rentals is ideal. Not to mention the staffs friendliness and the continental breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. Thanks for an unforgettable stay.
