Weekend getaways in La Romana

We have stayed here before but first time in the premier lounge i can say it was a wonderful experience , we were upgraded to a great room ! service was great , breakfast was great even though it was full .

It’s a very unique spot to experience not only the local culture but people from all around the globe. Management was incredible, very attentive, flexible, kind and informative. My husband and I stayed only one night but we’ll like to come back with our kids so that they may also enjoy the unique experience.

The property was fantastic! The staff was hands down the friendliest and so happy to help with anything. Our favorite bartender is Edwin, at the swim up bar...his fellow bartenders at the swim up bar were the kindest people. But Edwin was absolutely our family favorite, he was always smiling and so wonderful. We also loved picasso (aka Pablo Picasso) he was so genuine and kind! Every employee was so kind, considerate, and acommodating. The pools were fantastic! The food options were...

“Virtual Tranquility“ If you’re ideal getaway is a pristine, modern, well situated resort with creative delicious cuisine and a staff that will make your family feel like royalty!! Then Tracadero Is your place.to be ... La Familia— A73

All the staff were excellent. Only thing is Hilton just bought this property from Dreams. During the change over process it is NOT an adult only property. Till old Dreams client reservations are honored; there will be children on property. Shows, food, grounds everything was excellante! The scuba boats and equipment looks brand new.

I traveled to Bayahibe for scuba diving, and hotel el Pulpo was 10 minutes away from the beach by walking. There is a shortcut to scuba caribe where I did my dive and excursion. I had an awesome stay, all the staff was super nice and I didn't have any problems. Especially the front desk lady was very kind serving fresh coffee every morning. There is a local Dominican food restaurant around the corner open for lunch. It's pretty cheap, but it's for locals, so eat at your own risk. There is an...

The spot, right on the sea and the host. You feel like at a friend house

Our recent stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The majority of the staff was attentive and polite. The breakfast buffet was good, lunch buffet was sufficient, and the dinner buffet was great. The beach area was nice but definitely not suggested if this is one of the main things that you are looking for. The water is murky and no waves at all. The room was dated but the staff kept it stocked well and did a good job cleaning every day. A resort like this is all about expectations. If you...

This property was clean, modern, the staff very friendly, and the free breakfast out of this world. We ate in the restaurant one night as well and the food was good and well priced but the waitstaff was phenomenal!!! GREAT service. Thank you Amelia and Angel Jesus!!!

the location ia great beach is right across from property. very cozy place , hot water is best and staff is very helpful

Relaxing and spa-like boutique hotel within the Catalonia Gran Dominicus complex. Beautiful grounds and the staff was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. Top shelf drinks and fine dining within the “ROYAL” hotel. You have the option of going to Catalonia Gran Dominicus for swimming, activities, and additional dinning option (Buffet etc..) However-we spent most of our time in the “Royal” hotel and loved the experience.

Muy cómodo la verdad la pasamos muy bien descansamos bien

I want to keep this hidden jewel a secret but it would not be fair. I travelled with a co-friend and we stayed here for 4 nights. The property is tucked away but opens up to a beautiful villa. Our rooms both included a bathroom and were very large and gave us space to be comfortable. We enjoyed having a kitchen and a common area to listen to music and play games. I am a night person and did not feel the need to be quiet at all. It gave us personal space to be relaxed. I really enjoyed sitting...

Staff is friendly and respectful. Safe environment inside hotel. Variety of food for all tastes and preferences included. The pool area has a beautiful view. It is amazing around sunset especially. Highly recommend staying here!
