We go out ever two weeks and very happy with the hotel location, price, clean, nice breakfast and hotel products. Flat screen tv and room has a microwave and a refrigerator. Room has two queen beds. Switched my other bookings to this hotel.

The people who work there were friendly and helpful! The condo and the entire Dunes property was immaculate! The pool sparkling and the cleanest grill ever!! There are activities set out in the lobby.

Hotel is either fairly new, or in process of remodel. While erotomanías had keurig machine, micro wave and refrigerador the team at hotel is still working out kinks for the breakfast advertised. Staff courteous and apologetic, however no hot food other than oatmeal. Not a big deal for me, yet heard other guests grumbling. Perhaps notice “remodel” in progress to would be helpful.

Pool facility was nice. Room was spacious. My only negative would be that the included breakfast had a sign that said to ask about Dietary Restrictions so they could accomodate, but when I inquired they did not have a non-dairy alternative and did not offer one at the market either.

An inexpensive place to stay with very nice staff. Well located and fairly quiet. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette and it was very roomy. It's and older hotel and shows its age. The pool is indoors and the room is a bit dark. Overall well worth the stay.
