Weekend getaways in Puerto Plata

Ruby and the entire staff, are very welcoming and proactive . As a single traveler, I did not feel isolated.

I had an amazing experience staying at Las Golondrinas Cabarete. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The hostess, Alicia, was incredibly welcoming and made sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Jazmin at the front desk was equally outstanding—professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate any request. The entire facility was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was noticeable throughout my stay. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very...

The room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and parking was available at all times

This hotel was extremely affordable and nice! The food was AMAZING and the staff were wonderful! Miguel in particular was an amazing staff member and went above and beyond to make sure my fiance and I had a great stay.

Rented the villa for my sin's bday and it above and beyond. Lovely decoration and very clean. Def renting again as the staff was very friendy and professional.

My husband and I loved the pool, breakfast and our entire little “house”. It was perfect size and clean. The apartment had everything that we needed to have a relaxing and comfortable time. The area is quiet and we walked all around the property. The zoo, the animals, the view, the plants and fruits just made us fall in love with this place. We will be back and maybe turn it into a tradition.

Being that it was our first time ever in the DR, Natura Cabana provided us a week full of lifetime experiences and memories. Hospitable and friendly, the entire staff makes you feel right at home each and everyday. It was never any trouble for staff to serve all of our needs. From serving Pina Coladas on our porch; to searching and finding a lost bracelet, the staff was always available and helpful. We stayed at the Piedra, a one bedroom bungalow, steps from the waters edge. The view looking...

Rooms were excellent

Staff were excellent, food was great! For customer service and food, this is one of the best places in DR. Bubble is a nice novelty - bed is excellent, bath terrific. It is not camping - it is practically a luxury hotel room! The 2.5 stars doesn't do this justice. If you are interested in star gazing there is a telescope in the room but you'll have to figure out how to stop the condensation. I'm sure the staff can explain you. Location is great - well outside Cabarete away from the noise and...

We spent 8 nights at Punta Rucia Lodge in November 2015. We had booked just 3 days ahead of time looking for a relaxed getaway for myself, my wife and our 22 month old son. We could not have found a better place for the three of us. The lodge is both luxurious and down to earth at the same time. Certainly not your all-in resort, but rather small and intimate with very personal and attentive service. It feels more like a semi-private beach cottage than anything else. Our "house" (deluxe...

Hotel staff was very accomodating. I will be back.

We were very impressed with this cute hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean! The food was absolutely delicious and made fresh to your order! Beautiful pool, very short walk to the beach, we even took out the kayak (offered by the hotel). Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They’ve helped us make arrangements with the transportation at a reasonable rate. We are definitely coming back! They also offer sightseeing tours, various activities, including diving which we are planning on taking...

A Dream Come True! Absolutely Breathtaking! 🌅❤️ This place was truly a little piece of paradise! From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond our expectations. The breathtaking infinity pool, spectacular sunrises and sunsets, beautiful decorations, spacious accommodations, luxurious bathroom, and wonderful hot showers made our stay unforgettable. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere of elegance, peace, and pure relaxation. The views were absolutely magical! One...

Right on the beach, everything is brand new, the staff was super helpful. Me and my girlfriend will definitely stay in Ultravioleta next time we are in Cabarete. We stayed in 1 Bedroom apartment and its huge!

Muy limpio y muy amable el personal 10 de 10

Very nice rooms directly on the beach at Cabarete which is a beautiful beach. Enjoyed the place immensely.
