Weekend getaways in Dewey Beach

This property is outstanding for two basic reasons: location---the beachfront views are unbeatable (the ground floors may not have a view, it should be noted). Also, the staff were phenomenal. It seems that they are especially trained to be personable, interested, and thoughtful. Truly impressive 5 star quality of service. The only thing that is unfortunate are our friends who require elevators. The hotel doesn't have elevators for the rooms with great views.

We loved Gold Leaf hotel - especially their excellent customer service! Very nice facilities, close to the beach, comfy and clean, they were able to accommodate our late check out and were just all around great people

Location is everything.

Room was very clean and well decorated. Air conditioning unit kept the room nice and cold. The closet/non-closet dressing area was a pleasent surprise. Hotel is perfectly located next to the beach, accross the street from Sunset park and favorite eateries such as Wings to Go and Nick's. For all the party goers, its also located in front of Bottle and Cork and a short walking distance to Starboard.

We love this hotel, it's centrally located in Dewey and they allow pets!!

Staff was friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. Our room and common areas were clean. We loved the pool and balcony. Check out was just as smooth as check in.

EXELLENT from peanut ( the bird in the lobby ) the staff in the front tom in concierge mary at the front desk and everyone else at the hotel a great and friendly place to stay !!!

This is an amazing find tucked into the quaint harbor area of Lewes. The hotel is well-appointed and welcoming and the room was spotless, huge, and beautifully decorated. The little touches really made the stay, from the koi pond on the patio outside to the taffy on the pillows instead of mints. The pool was small but refreshing. The staff were friendly and seemed happy to help resolve any issues. Well worth it!

We loved our stay at the Ocean Glass Inn. The rooms were cute and very comfortable, including a mini fridge and freezer. The showers were hot and we liked the added touch of a bench outside each room. The breakfast and happy hours were great and generous in what they offered. Staff was all very friendly. One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed--gorgeous design, thoughtful amenities, a very comfortable bed. Will definitely be back, I loved it.
