Great old silk mill that has been converted into a hotel. It's a great re-use of the space. The rooms are very nice, and the staff were very friendly.

The layout of the hotel is very nice, with very courteous staff. I like it is located very close to shopping and other dining experiences.

We thought this was such a value! The beds are comfortable. The shower is hot, and the complementary breakfast was generous. After reading the reviews, we brought earplugs for sleeping and had no problem with the street noises. Highly recommend doing that! The staff is very friendly and hard-working.

Good value for the money, comfortable room, great service. My only complaint is I couldn’t use my Chromecast with Google TV on the hotel tv because the hdmi ports were locked out. I know, first world problems…

This is a great hotel if you like to stay someplace without paying for the "extras" of a modern hotel stay. They have coffee in the hall, hot showers and heaters if it's cold. No AC (although rarely needed), blow dryer, iron or continental breakfast. Perfect for simple travelers, but not for those who need pampering.

The room was nice clean and comfortable the staff was welcoming parking I used the valet parking and there's plenty of shops nearby definitely a go-to while staying in Santa Rosa

We spent a few nights for a weekend escape with our dog from San Francisco. The location is ideal for exploring the wineries in Sonoma and Healdsburg by car. The staff was extremely welcoming, and the property was clean and exactly what we were looking for during our brief staycation. There are food options and a casino nearby. I highly recommend this place for families, couples, and pet owners.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Elm House. The staff was pleasant, the room was nice, the property was all we needed. We didn’t need to be downtown in Napa or Sonoma because we traveled all over the areas for a week. We went from the coast to the redwoods, small towns, canyon roads, to wineries all over. The room was clean and fresh. The bed linens were crisp and clean. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, iron, flat screen tv, and hair dryer. Complimentary bottled water, coffee, fruit and pastries are provided in the main office in the morning. The hotel staff was friendly, even going so far as to remember and address me by my name when greeting me in the morning. Good Staff and affordable

The Bel Abri Napa was an excellent site for our weekend getaway, providing efficient and simple check in (after hours) and handling our needs. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and in direct route of our travels in and out of Napa and the surrounding areas. It sits just 2 minutes from downtown Napa's eateries, entertainment, and wine-focused businesses. The Bel Abri staff was warm and hospitable and we enjoyed our stay for two nights.

Great place, friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations with a nice breakfast. Pool is wonderful during the summer months. There are 2 great places to eat across the street right by the river-Farmhand & Stumptown brewery-very convenient. Also convenient to Armstrong Woods. Will be back!

I stayed in a standard queen room and it was spotless. The second thing I noticed was a Nespresso machine for my morning coffee I own one at home so made me feel right at home. As a woman traveling alone I loved the safety aspect of the parking garage. I will stay here again could not find negatives at all.
