Weekend getaways in Painesville

Its obvious that a lot of time, money and personal pride had been had been invested.

The check in process was super easy. The hotel was well maintained and in great condition. The room was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash were located in the shower. There was plenty of parking. The hotel was in a very convenient location close to restaurants and a grocery store for supplies. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. We especially loved the automatic pancake maker! Overall, highly recommend this location!

Clean, quiet, friendly staff, and great variety of food in the continental breakfast

Very friendly owner checked us in and was so hospitable. GREAT nights rest owing to the fact of fresh smelling bedsheets, just like home. This is an older motel that has not been remodeled or upgraded, allowing the cost to remain low.

This was a great two night stay in a themed "Pirate" room. The Inn is conveniently located in wine country. Southing music was playing in the room on a Kindle upon arrival and two coffee mugs etched with the Inn's logo were ours to keep. Our room was clean and relaxing. The breakfast was gourmet served in he kitchen while seated at the island. Goats, ducks, and kitties are on the property to see. We will return and recommend to others.

The workout facility was very nice. The store in the lobby was well stocked. The Bistro was very nice and had family friendly prices.

Friendly, accommodating, convenient

Chrissy, Hannah and Jared went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were good size. Only complaint would be to have a hook by the bathtub to hang a towel. Enjoyed our stay very much. There was 12 of us traveling together. Great experience and great "free" breakfast!

This place is brand new and beautiful. The staff and owners were super welcoming and made my boring, Wednesday night stay feel like an event to celebrate. The room was extremely comfortable and there's a wooded area in the back with swings and chairs for relaxing. There are sidewalks and a few dining options in walking distance, as well as a park and multi-use path into a natural area. I recommend Tall Oaks wholeheartedly.

next time I will book directly with the property to get the discounts that they offer. EXPEDIA DID NOT OFFER ANY
