I all ways go to this hotel but they did not give me the room I requested for not happy at all I asked for a room close to the elevator but they put me down the hall at the end not happy at all

My room keys didn’t work I made a reservation months in advance my room was too far down the hallway and I literally stated that I didn’t want to be too far from the elevator because of my breathing problems. Now they close the pool and open the pool up at certain times.
