I read the reviews of others that have stayed at Agua Caliente and I thought maybe they were exaggerating a bit. Not at all! The place was nice, and clean. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect! Everything was clean and modern. The Hotel staff and Casino staff were a perfect 10/10.
PS. If you go to the Water Cafe get the grilled cheese sandwich. It’s a life changer.

We had a terrific experience at the Ritz Carlton - 5 star in every way! Staying at the Ritz Carlton was a true pleasure. From the moment we came in, staff were professional, courteous and effective. Room was so comfortable, luxury bathroom with a separate tub and shower, beautiful views. Dining at the Edge steakhouse was a pleasure, the hotel grounds were so lush and green and pretty, and the hotel has an absolutely stunning location with a view over the whole valley with the mountains changing...

It had a small bed in a gigantic room for my husband and myself and a pull out sofa bed for our three teenage children. Not sure how that amounts to “sleeps five.” There was also no water and we had to ask for a microwave. The staff was very friendly but we didn’t feel the cost was worth the stay.

Great breakfast basket and coffee in the morning. Nearby antique shops are a hoot. Ream gem of a place.

I booked this little gem of a hotel online with the idea that, if it was even half as good as it looked in the posted photos, it would be great. Surprise for me! It is even better than it looks! The things you don't see in the photos give it the extra touches that make for an amazing weekend.
The management and staff here are professional, yet warm and caring. Anything you need, they will see to it. The entire hotel was rebuilt this year and everything was redone with high end finishings...

We love this place. Didn't want to leave. Love that it actually feels like a resort (unlike other hotels that say they're resorts) without having to pay resort fees like other hotels charge. Will definitely book this location every time we are in Palm Springs. Room was perfect size, full kitchen with everything we would need, living room, nice size bedroom AND super nice balcony that was real close to the main pool. Extremely satisfied. Will recommend this place to friends and family as well.
