Typical Holiday Inn room with the basics, very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with plenty of offerings. We arrived at midnight and area was safe and well lit. Only problem encountered was the hotel DOES NOT accept pets and we had booked at this Holiday Inn based on Hotels.com recommendation as a pet friendly facility. Great hotel experience! We were greeted in a warm, friendly manner and the front desk clerk was very helpful and personable. The room was great - very clean. Our room seemed a little damp overall but overall a very nice stay. There are no microwaves in the rooms, but there is one in the lobby. We brought food in and ate on the patio outside the pool (which is indoors and heated). I needed more towels and they were very willing to bring them to my room. The only thing I would have changed...I received a call about 5 hours after check-out stating that we took the blankets. I assured the caller that they were rolled up in the sheets and she then stated that they would charge my credit card. I advised I did not give permission for them to charge my credit card and to double check. Housekeeping double checked and found the blankets rolled up in the sheets. The...

Excellent experience. I was greeted by friendly staff when I arrived, exhausted from a very long day of travel.! Was delighted to see a good variety of snacks, beverages, and frozen dinners available so I didn’t have to go out. As a gluten free vegetarian, it was great to see Amy’s Thai noodles! This was a great stay! Perfectly located. Super clean and the free breakfast was wonderful. All the staff we encountered were super helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Good and convenient

Hotel was overall pretty great! The only downsides were when we arrived our room wasn’t ready - we arrived at 6 - check in was at 3, the man at the front desk was friendly and did manage to get the room ready as quickly as possible. The room was overall nice, the only thing was the carpet was oddly sticky like it needed a deep clean. Didn’t get a chance to get breakfast as the hours ended fairly early.
