Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Very quiet. The breakfast crew did an Excellent job Of preparing the food, keeping the items always available and cleaned the serving areas constantly. Very well done.

The staff was very friendly ... it was quiet and peaceful just perfect for what we needed

Room was clean. This hotel is geared towards long term stays, a lot of construction crews there. Front desk attendant was great! Shebrea was her name! We need more people like her in the work force!!

The staff was friendly, helpful, and caring! While i was enjoying my breakfast in the designated area, I heard an older gentleman talking with the front desk person about not understanding how to use the phone to dial out. after a few suggestions, the front deskman politely offered to help the older gentleman place his call with him! Breakfast can be better

We loved this hotel! Room was very nice, clean and comfortable! Loved the hot tub! We will be coming back!

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Love the variety of breakfast foods.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, especially housekeeping when we needed something. Room had a few things (sippy cup and glasses wipes) under the beds but otherwise very clean. Waterpark was very nice.

Great, convenient location right next to MSP airport and Mall of America!

Staff was very professional and Friendly

Best Western hasn’t let me down, yet! We booked the room last minute, because the hotel we were supposed to stay in was disgusting, and as soon as we walked in the entrance, we felt so much better about the evening!

its so close to MOA. can use the sky way. parking is a breeze. lots of space. and rooms are super tidy.

Very clean and quiet. Staff was great. The food at the breakfast cafe and restaurant were absolutely amazing - was not expecting hotel food to be that good!

Everything was excellent here.

The best thing about any service are their people and the staff at Spark go above and beyond. The hotel was very clean and beds were super comfy. My only criticism would be that I could hear the footsteps of the people in the floor above me but the rest of my stay was great!

Every thing

We were allowed to check in about 3 hours early which was fantastic when coming in from out of town. Also, the hotel staff was very friendly and wanted to accommodate our every need! Loved the great breakfast and spacious room with full size fridge:). Staying there every time we come to the cities!!!! A++. Way over 2.5 stars in my book!

Great hotel - Very close to airport but did not hear planes at any time. Extremely clean and comfortable.
