We got a room overlooking the river and garden. The room was very nice and updated. It came with a refrigerator and microwave, which is always handy to have. Easy access to the room from the parking lot. The view was beautiful. You can ask for a non-pets room if you are severely allergic. We didn't know this, and we both have some allergies, but the room was clean and we didn't notice it at all (assuming pets had been in the room).

From the moment I walked in to check-in I felt welcomed. They are amazingly Covid-19 compliant - everything was immaculate. I felt totally safe in the room and anywhere in the hotel. They offer a sack breakfast or hot eggs and meat served individually by a staff member. They have taken every precaution to keep guests' health safe. Super friendly and detailed communications. Excellent location that’s easily walkable to everything around town and down on the waterfront. Super clean and thoughtful accommodations. We will be back!

Quick and easy check in. A little hard to find due to lack of sign and construction. Friendly staff. Will go there again when traveling to Portland.

Really nice place for the price. I've stayed in other hotels for around the same price and none of them have been as modern and equipped as these places are. Like a condo. Kitchen, dish's, living room, office area and bedroom all in one spacious studio.

We had a wonderful stay at Under Canvas. They had activities for the kids, great service and food options, and the location delivered stunning night sky views . As avid campers, this was a welcomed glamping experience.

We got in late and check in was still fairly Easy We had a phone call a few days prior to ensure we understood the noone under 18 rule in bath house or pool . Which was fine as we had the room with hot tub anyway. Our room was dated but they were in the process of refreshing rooms, new flooring and furniture was being unpacked as we departed. We loved the isolation and to be able to disconnect from our busy lives. It was very quiet and peaceful. You don’t notice your neighbors and everyone is very respectful of each other. The views of Mt. Adams were awesome. We explored the area and did some hikes. We cooked breakfast and dinner over the fire every day and enjoyed s’mores every night.
