Anne and Paul are wonderful hosts. This is the first time that I've stayed in a B&B in this area and the experience has totally exceeded my expectations. A short business trip is what brought me to Wellsboro, and this location was a better option than the chain hotels which were further away. Stayed in Suite 6 for one night to go stargazing before the eclipse, got late checkout till 1p. This place is even better than described. I loved it there and I didn’t want to leave. Suite 6 faces the creek. It’s so relaxing back there! The rocking chairs on the porch are everything! The stars are beautiful from there too. There’s some noise from the highway but it isn’t too bad. Beds are comfortable. Nice and clean. Cool fireplace. Well equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms so I had my own room away...

The staff I encountered were friendly and courteous. The room was clean, comfortable and had a pleasant clean smell, like airfreshener was sprayed. The room lighting could be better though, it seemed kind of dim even with all 3 lights on
