Great stay!

Room was cleaned but it had a smell in it, smell like mold. I told the receptionist about the smell, she came and spray the first night.

The hotel was very clean and no issues with the room. I do wish the breakfast was included but that is the only thing I would change.

Parking was easy , quiet area, hotel staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was clean.

I was there on business. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Was really hard to leave. Felt very comfortable.

I would highly recommend staying here. I had no issues with staff. Everyone I encountered from front desk to the cleaning ladies were kind and very helpful. This is a newer hotel and it feels as such. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. My stay was a bit lengthy and I had no issues with noise at all from other guests in the hotel. The gym was clean and had everything I needed to get a decent workout which included cable machine, treadmill, and free weights. There were...

The staff was so polite

Place was quiet and clean.

Great

Such a comfortable stay! We had an event at Pheasant Run and didn't want to stay on site. The beds at the Hampton were SO comfortable! The staff were all very friendly and really seemed to enjoy being there. The breakfast was fabulous for a hotel breakfast. Such a variety- and so much more than toast and cereal. Loved the hot breakfast variety that changed each morning of our stay! My only suggestion is to add another waffle station to make sure that everyone who wants a waffle has time to make...

Beautiful and peaceful!

Clean, quiet, very friendly staff.

Would definitely stay again!

I felt comfortable, safe and well taken care of at the Harmony Inn. Stepping out of my room into the kitchen and on through the doors to the patio was a pleasure (fixing a cup of tea and grabbing a homemade muffin - all included - as I headed to the outdoor seating area, complete with gas heater). Then I attempted to do a little painting of the flowers. There were other snacks including fruit and yogurt😁. Dave, our gracious host, showed me how to feed the ducks and geese which also live on...

It was very roomy and very comfortable. The desk person was super nice and I like that they had coffee made all day.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Best hot breakfast! Front desk manager very personal, friendly and professional. Will stay again if back in the area.

I stay here often and its consistently a prime spot in the area. The location is great as it's close to many places but not overly congested. The larger rooms at the either end of each floor have microwaves and mini fridges as well as lots of space. Other guests can be noisy and inconsiderate at times but that's an issue of manners and upbringing and not on the hotel.

This is our favorite hotel in st charles! We stay MULTIPLE times every year! The staff is so wonderful. We love Eileen! :) Rooms are always clean and cozy! Wahlburgers is short drive - perfection!

Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff and service!!! I can't say enough about the top notch service from everyone at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The breakfast was very good with many options available. We will stay there again for sure!!
