Excellent stay!

The Cottages are a hidden gem! For a great price you can stay in a spacious room a few minutes drive from the beach. The bathroom was clean and there was a mini fridge in the room. A little dated but that's no issue! The restaurant on site was delicious and affordable. Staff was super nice. The location is quiet but very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We had a lovely time, would recommend, and want to come back!

The staff from the desk to the cooking and waiting staff were extremely nice and attentive. The breakfast was great and well priced. The girl taking care of chairs and umbrellas on the beach was friendly, hard working and remembered our names from a quick conversation the day before.

The hotel is very clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. I would definitely return to this hotel when I’m back in the area. Orlando the maintenance man was very accommodating. It’s nice when you have people who care about your stay.

The hotel was very pretty and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We booked a suite with a King bed and it was perfect for our busy toddler. It was enough room for him to run around and enjoy his time without feeling cooped up. The hotel is very close to multiple wonderful dining options and a very quick walk or drive from public beach access. We also enjoyed the state park with access to biking and walking trails right next door! We will definitely be staying here during our next trip.

Property was clean and the condo was clean! Was not happy with having to pay for parking when already paying a small fortune for the stay.

The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Appreciated Amanda’s attention to guest’s comfort. There is some traffic noise if your room is street side. The kitchen in the room was appreciated. There is a grocery store across the street that would be handy for an extended stay.

All rooms were very clean comfortable with ocean views. Great shower, good coffee, quiet comfortable room.

The condo was clean and in a great location. We saw dolphins every morning while having coffee on the balcony. The kids loved the pool. It was a very comfortable stay for this family of 4. We will definitely stay here again.

At first, I reluctant to make a resevation for this resort because of the so-review on Expedia. But I want to take a chance to stay at this place, so I made a reservation. Oh boy, I am glad that I made a good decision. We got a room C101, building B, 2 bedrooms. 1 king, 2 queens, 2 bathrooms, very large living room, stainless steal KitchenAid appliances. private parking space. Check-in was very smooth. This hotel was so unique. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking somewhere to stay other than a chain hotel. The restaurant downstairs was amazing as was the service. There’s even a speakeasy if you want to drink. Since there is no staff at night or a little sundry, I would recommend bringing some bottled water and maybe a snack for your room. It was also very quiet which I love! Would highly recommend this hotel. The only problem we had was it took 10 minutes for the water to warm up...
