I had an amazing stay at Mazia Pyramids View Hotel! The hotel was very clean and well-organized, and everything felt comfortable and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling—they really made the experience even better. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of fresh options, and everything tasted great. The best part was definitely the rooftop… the view of the pyramids is absolutely breathtaking! Especially during sunset—it’s truly...

Tye staff are friendly and cooperative

The people here were so kind and helpful. I ended up getting extremely sick on the trip-the receptionist called his friend who was a doctor and strongly recommended to go to the hospital. He accompanied us so that there was someone to speak English and helped with the billing, prescriptions, travel, etc. he went above and beyond. Yes, the stay was beautiful and our rooms were clean—but more so was the beauty of human compassion that can sometimes be a lost art in America. Very appreciated.

Great views!

This is our first stay at a Four Seasons hotel. We always hear it's posh and very luxurious at any Four seasons so we had great expectations. We arrived late at nite after a traumatic taxi ride from the airport, we were greeted by the friendly staff and concierge and was upgraded to a premium room with the pyramids view from the balcony so that was amazing! The breakfast buffet was very delicious and kind staff. We tried all tge restaurants and the best was the Aura lebanese restaurant,...

The hotel is very modern, clean and have the best view to the pyramids. The room was large and very modern designed with chairs and coffee table ( delux double room on. The 5 floor) Excellent location to go to see the new museum. Staff was always very kind and helpful. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Airport shuttle was helpful with nice new big car. We are already 4 x in Egypt and it was the best hotel we were in. We will come again.

Great clean rooms, fully equipped, helpful staff, close to attractions.

We stayed her to be close to the pyramids. The view is spectacular!

We chose this hotel because of the location, but will end up going back due to the impeccable service we received from Osama and his family. They booked excursions for us, showed us local dining spots, and we even shared in a birthday celebration. The rooms were clean, cool (AC) and tidy. The upstairs balcony was the perfect place to enjoy a meal with a view. Being in the service industry, this is the number one thing that will keep me coming back. Osama and his crew exceeded all of our...

Muy limpio la habitación y el personal muy amable!

Amazing and breathtaking view of the pyramids. No where in the world can you be dining while enjoying the view and closeness of the pyramids. 5 stars hotel. Service needs improvement, but this is Egypt.

Gamal and the team are just amazing. It needs more more upgrade. Specially. The sofas. There were just dirty. The beds were comfy. Best room 102 . Dont take 107. The bathroom is really small. The outside is really dusty. Kids run to you to ask you for money and follow you all the way. Dnt trust people from outside to help you get to the pyramids. Since they are egyptian. They dnt pay to enter to the pyramids. They will give their fare and you wont understand it because it is in arabic. Dont...

Great location, good food, beautiful view! We had a local driver and tour guide for pick up & drop off services (not with the hotel), so we alwasy felt safe!

Loved the hospitality, the personal touch and the helpful tips and tours they offered. I can’t wait to go and visit this hotel.
