The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay and got my mum a cake for her birthday as we were there for birthday celebrations. They made our stay wonderful throughout and we really appreciated it :)

Sehr modern eingerichtetes Hotel, mit extrem hilfsbereitem und freundlichem Personal. Wir haben uns rund um die Uhr sehr wohl geführt und auch mehrere Touren über das Hotel gebucht. Auch damit waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Gizeh!

Zunächst bekam ich ein Zimmer ohne Fenster, konnte am 3. Tag in ein Zimmer mit Fenster wechseln. Zimmer wurden nur gereinigt, wenn das entsprechende Schild draußen hing. Personal hilfsbereit, aber auch sehr geschäftstüchtig wie in Ägypten üblich.

Staff was very friendly room was clean inside corridor was nice. Packed us a breakfast to go because we left for airport before breakfast started. Can step outside and see pyramids. Down fall is it’s right downtown so not the cleanest area outside and airport shuttle is only free if you stay 4 consecutive days which was not stated in Expedia. Nice hot clean showers.
