Excellent location

Clean and safe with a bountiful breakfast

The room and bathroom were clean, the bed clean and comfortable. The staff super nice and helpful. We didn't use the restaurant but it seemed lots of people did. The location is great with the hop on-off bus stop at the front door. A couple of minutes walk to the seaport, to breakfast spots, supermarket and large and modern mall. Less than 20 minutes from the cruise port. We were allowed to early check in (~9:00am) for a reasonable fee. We left the suitcase after check out for a couple of hours...

Was here for a week (5 days) for a business trip in late August 2016. After two days of ordering room service for dinner the staff got to know me and offered to send up something from the hotel's restaurant instead of the regular room service menu. Such a nice gesture. There were several other little things the staff also did to make my stay excellent. In addition to the staff, the hotel is well situated downtown. It is in walking distance of many locations but also within a 5 minute walk...

Staff so kind. Air conditioning not working in the room and they immediately move us to an upgraded suite.

the hotel was amazing. right across from main central station. nice front desk staff. i left some money behind and the lost and found dept recover it . thanks for your staffs honesty. highly recommend.

Nice styling for entire property. Staff was very friendly, and Haribo candy at front desk. Breakfast was very good, although seemed over-priced at 35 euro per person.

We went to a concert in the Elbphilharmonie, and this was a perfect venue for us. 10 minute walk, friendly and good humored atmosphere with a hip vibe.

The hotel was lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were extra kind and friendly. The room was exactly as pictured and expected. The breakfast buffet is very large but on the expensive side when not included in room price. The bar and restaurant area was good, but the food menu is short and a bit eclectic; they could use some solid staple options that are less pricey for main courses.

We were completely satisfied with our stay at Adina. It's a 15 min walk from the train station, and less than 10 minutes to major shopping and sightseeing. Our room had a kitchenette, which was really convenient for preparing snacks when we came back in the afternoon from touring around the city. We were even able to put together a decent dinner one of the nights. A major plus is the pool and sauna on the first floor. We went there to unwind every night, and the hotel provides complimentary...
