Last-minute hotel deals in Niigata

Great location in Niigata’s geisha district - who knew? Accommodation spectacular. Bathroom could use improved lighting. Other than that, beautiful accommodation with amazing staff.

Breakfast and dinner are great. Hospitality is excellent.

Hotel staff was always very friendly and cordial. The hotel has a good ambience and the room was spacious and clean. The one negative was the archaic counsel and room lighting and ventilation controls adjacent to the bed. However, the hotel is convenient to the JR Niigata Station so getting around was relatively easy.

I was arriving in Niigata by ferry, and so I picked this place because it was close to the port. HOWEVER, there are multiple places where ferries dock, and my ferry ended up at a dock farther away. I ended up needing to take a taxi to the hotel. The view is phenomenal and the room was wonderful. The Chinese restaurant was very good. There was also a gift shop that was great. I had a lot of work I needed to do that kept me in the hotel, so I didn't check to see how easy it would have been to get...

Good

非常に素晴らしい経験でした。ありがとうございました。

The hotel was great. Well located, clean and great facilities. The only issue was the long wait for the elevator. I had to wait 10 minutes in the rush hours.

Nice and professional staff

Totally quiet, no sounds from adjacent rooms. Convenient location with our rented car. Full size grocery store and also a pharmacy a block away..

Brilliant value for a one night stopover. Free car park, nice breakfast , friendly staff and walking distance to s shopping mall for food on the evening

Really enjoyed this hotel. Easy check in and check out. Very clean and the staff are so accommodating. Rooms are spacious and well planned out.

the staff's service was very pleasant

Excellent Route Inn. A few long dark hairs in the bathroom was the only negative. Everything else was awesome. Staff are very helpful.
