We absolutely loved our stay. Our room had everything we needed. The staff was amazing, I can’t compliment them enough. We looked forward to breakfast every morning, and also enjoyed a few dinners as well (the Hokkaido top sirloin was top notch!!). If ever in Furano again, we will definitely be staying here!

Convenient, efficient, modern cabin in a field 20 minutes south of Furano.

This was a great way to experience Japanese hospitality at its best! The home-made food was outstanding, as was the willingness of the hosts to offer their services as a shuttle to the ski slopes, do washing, etc. Beautiful home with beautiful hosts. I highly recommend it and i would love to return.

Very convenient location. It is about a 5 min walk, through the ski resort parking lot to get to the gondola ticket office. You can almost ski to the front door by taking a trail above the gondola parking lot. You end up with maybe a 2 min walk to your front door. The bedrooms are a little tight, but the living area and loft are very spacious.

Small but functional unit. Has everything you need. Just like living in an RV so don’t expect a lot of room. But well-maintained and great for a night of relaxation.

Up to Japan's high standards, this hotel has a wonderful staff and clean rooms with great amenities.

The family room was amazing! Spacious and well appointed. Beautiful view of the property and a private patio. The breakfast was top notch, the afternoon snacks were tasty and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Skiing, good use of space

Our family had a wonderful stay at Fenix Furano. We stayed in a two bedroom and one bathroom apartment. It was very comfortable, clean, modern, and spacious for family of 4. The washer/dryer combo was very useful for our long travel trip. The room had a balcony with beautiful view of the city. Breakfast buffet had moderate quantity and healthy choices. Breakfast room was small yet their staff was attentive, standing and waiting to help us. This hotel will be a great accomodation for skiers...
