The hotel staff was very nice. I had an issue with a broken shower head and they fixed it quickly. They helped with local info as well. The pub was exactly what you imagine a English pub to be. I had a wonderful experience while staying at this lodge! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were always appropriately stocked and well maintained. The location was conveniently close to a bus stop that takes you to the local shopping center and underground station. Overall no complaints.

Breakfast menu was fresh! And I always enjoyed my stay. I got there towards the end of practice and it started to be a little bit cold meaning of food however, overall I always enjoyed my stay here.

Staying at Corinthia London was amazing. The space itself was designed for luxury and comfort. The staff was extremely attentive and kind. It all made for an enjoyable stay. Would love to stay again and highly recommend!

This is a beautiful hotel that is very well run. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful. It is located in a safe neighborhood near public transportation which makes it easy to get anywhere in London. I loved the terrace overlooking the garden. Breakfast was great and the other few meals we had there were also very good. This is my new favourite hotel.

This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel right near the Christmas market and all the fun things to do. Cute rooms with kettle, and tea options, robes, slippers etc. huge bathroom. All very clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly.
