We visited for four days during July 2017. Had a great stay at this location!! Sarge and Debbie, the owners, do a fantastic job of making you feel at home and welcomed!! The rooms are clean with working AC and Cable TV, not that you'll spend much time in your room with all of the outdoor activities in the area!! The property has direct access down to Kern River, with great places to sit back and enjoy the views and meditate by the water.

Perfect mix of camping but with some of the comforts of home. The restrooms and showers were clean and well stocked. There were dinner options nearby and it was pretty close to trail of 100 giants. Probably best to visit late summer once nights start to cool down. My husband and I had a blast and can’t wait to visit again with our kiddo.
