Upon arrival room was ready. We received the room we booked, lower level, one bedroom suite poolside with screen porch. It was clean, cool, and ready for occupants. The area was very safe and the property was very well maintained and quiet. We liked fishing from the dock and caught quite a variety of fish. We would definitely stay there again. In addition they had very good internet and a nice large TV which my husband was able to enjoy football.

This Motel was wonderful, perfect room, nice sized fridge, very nice big shower. The room was nice, cold and clean. Love that you have windows to open. The owners were so kind. Our neighbors were very nice, nobody bothers you. It was nice not having housekeeping bothering you, or waiting to go in your room. If we needed anything a guy was on site to help if we needed more towels or trash bags and he was very nice to talk to. We were able to just enjoy our stay and it was awesome . I can't...

The property is brand new. Everything in the room was brand new, clean. The kitchenette was perfect. A good-sized fridge with freezer. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Clean room, great staff. awesome coffee 24hrs, one of the better places I've stayed in quite some time. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Punta Gorda.

Without a doubt, the best place—very spacious and in an excellent location. You have the beach right out front, and Gasparilla Beach—which is very beautiful—is just 25 minutes away. Communication with the owner was excellent, the sunsets were fantastic, and the terrace overlooking the bay—with the breeze blowing—was a delight. We will definitely be back!

Our time at South Seas was great! Yes they are still rebuilding some areas and adding on more amenities, but we still had a great time. We stayed at a beach villa which was i. Pristine condition and very comfortable for our family of four. The marina side pools and slides were very fun and in great shape. The service we recieved was top notch. We were also provided a smores kit upon check in for the kids to use at their fire pit at night. Highly recommend this resort on Captiva.

The staff was really great all the way around. Definitely felt like they were appreciated as employees doing their best for the guests and the property! It was refreshing to see and feel that 😊

The Wyvern Hotel was a wonderful find (recommended by my sister-in-law) and was in the perfect location for our trip to Port Charlotte, Florida. It was conveniently located near several restaurants, and our room had a lovely view of the Harbor. The room was clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was quite large with both a large shower and separate soaking tub. It was our first time staying at Grove city motel. We enjoyed the amenities at the motel and the Location was perfect. It is close to the beach and grocery store. It offered everything we needed. The management is very friendly and helpful. I wanted to thank Joe for leaving our room open for us since we had a flight delay.
