We were so impressed by this hotel and the amazing service and hospitality of the staff. Our room was modern and nice. Since it was our. Honeymoon, they had a bottle of champagne and sweets prepared with handwritten notes. When we got lost driving to the hotel, someone came and found us. Perfect location, spotless clean room. Bedding is superb. Breakfast is balanced and great, staff members are friendly and helpful. The only thing could improve is, we got an attic room, bathroom vanity space is very hard to manage to use. But I would rate this place a 5/5 !

Love the location. It's in the old city and we can walk everywhere. Our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and there are enough selections to please everyone. Quality of food was excellent.

Hotel Kazbek was great-a convenient fifteen minute bus trip to the old city including walking to the stop, good breakfast, and helpful staff. We lost a bag through the airline and when they inexplicably delivered it to Kazbek four days after we had left, the hotel staff contacted us and held onto it until we could arrange for it to be picked up and forwarded. Fantastic, quick stay at this lovely hotel. Wish we had had longer! Was the perfect launching point for the National Park and the value was well worth it. Clean, spacious room.

It was amazing the place was in a great position

3 night stay in this lovely boutique hotel. Great room that combined modern comforts in bedding, air conditioning (much needed in Croatian summer) and bathroom with ancient touches (exposed walls of old building). Staff also helpful and warm to a person--everyone we interacted with from the owner to the bellhop was friendly and engaging. Truly enjoyed our stay.

WOW!!! I was speechless at this hotel. We stayed for two glorious nights and it was better than the best Marriott I have stayed at. Not only was it only a few years old, but the rooms were huge and the shower was to die for. We went down for breakfast (included in the minimal amount) and I actually asked the receptionist if that spread was the one included in our nightly price. Hotel Bellevue is a great value for the quality and service. Overall the staff was excellent, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Ivana at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful - she answered my questions before I asked on setting up my Covid test. She is a true asset to the hotel. The Esplanade is a lovely hotel with marvelous food and a great staff who go out of their way to make your stay as personally pleasing as possible. It is on the higher end, but well worth the treat. Close walk to the main arteries and tons of great restaurants. Do love the no smoking as many other bars serving food allow it…so be prepared during the colder months.

Breakfast was best I've had in Croatia. Rooftop bar was great vibes and views. Everyone is super friendly and attentive. Great experience.

Cute little hotel with a fabulous location and for a great price! Just a walk from banjelicik (sp?) square. Close to shops and food and the market! Would highly suggest this property!

Every aspect was excellent. I can't think of anything else to say.

I am really happy I decided to stay at this hotel! I went during off season with a friend. Our room was really clean and modern with an incredible view. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is not in Dubrovnik, but it was close enough that we were able to get into the city by car or water taxi. There is a small beach in front of the hotel, but take the water taxi into the city or to one of the other islands for the best beaches.
