Hotel is a real 5 star hotel . We stay only two night and we used all the fantastic facility on the thermal spa . The food is fantastic the service at reception great and all the personnel are top class and very friendly .

Great staff, easy check in and instructions. Walkable to station and extremely peaceful and safe location! Breakfast was really tasty and coffee station right outside of my place. I had a beautiful view of the alley.

Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. Apart from the wonderful sauna and infrared cabins to use, the amazing surprise was the restaurant in the next door hotel serving avocado vegan samosas(mouthwatering).
