This property well exceeded our expectations

Location was excellent. Only stayed one night so we didn’t use the kitchen or laundry access but all 6 of us slept well in the beds.

Absolutely loved it. Villla is charming. Our room had wonderful views of lake como Walk down hill for a swim. Delicious breakfast too Sad we couldn’t stay lionger

The staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is amazing in front of the lake. They are very helpful. They arranged all our trips. They arranged for us a boat trip around Lake Como. It was something to remember for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this hotel if you have enough budget and want the top of the top of the top.

There is nothing anyone can possibly say negative about this property. From the moment of arrival it was exclusivity and luxury at its finest. We had the most basic room in the Villa and I could not have asked for anything more. Good accommodation located very centrally, only a few mins walk to the center of town and right on thr lakefront. Check in process is a little complicated but nothing overly difficult. Room was very clean without any issues at all.

Beautiful, immaculately kept property. Digital key service is convenient, well stocked rooms, automated mower ran to keep the property neat. Plenty of recommendations for attractions. Excellent Chinese food restaurant across the street. I’d stay here again for subsequent visits, hands down.

We had a little trouble checking in, did not realize we needed WhatsApp to look for communication, was expecting to receive information via email so check in was a bit confusing.
