Our second opportunity to stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff, from associates to the proprietors, go out of their way to make sure that everyone is well taken care of. Laura, as well as the owner, are especially warm and welcoming, with excellent suggestions to make your visit to Troyes a memorable holiday. Our room was lovely, with great touches. Breakfast was perfect. And the lovingly renovated building is a tribute to the great care taken to preserve the character of the building and the...

Elegant, chic decor, terraces and gardens welcome photographs! Glamorous bedroom with generous bathroom accessories and towels. Breakfast was extra but served in small delightful dining room with tables situated near the big grand fireplace. The hotel is a perfect restoration of a building from the Middle Ages in the Olde Section of Troyes ! One of the staff welcomed our very late arrival and waited on the small medieval street to show us where to park and to carry in our luggage. We reserved...

Short walk to city center from this spacious, clean and safe hotel. It was superb, until we went to breakfast. Skip the breakfast and you’ll be astounded by this place.

This is a unique place to stay. It is a very old building with lots of character - our room had wooden beams! The breakfast is given to you in a basket and you eat it in your room. The receptionist was so polite and friendly and so helpful with recommendations. The hotel is ideally situated only minutes away from the city centre. The city took us by surprise - it is stunning! You can park on site but you have to pay €20 but it is worth it for peace of mind.

Parking was on the street. Self checking can be intimidating for some. Not being welcome by real people is not so nice I think. Other similar hotels had very nice and welcoming staff.

Her name escapes me at the moment, because we stayed there three months ago, but I will never forget her face, and the amazing above-and-beyond service she provided us. I believe it was something like Michele or Celine. She is a mature lady with a beautiful face and dark hair.
At first she told us that there was no room in the hotel garage because we hadn't preordered, then she told us to drive by again and she would open the door for us.
She kept our keys so that people needing to get out could...

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Spacious, clean and well set up. Friendly staff, easy to find and onsite parking. Troyes is a beautiful city to visit.

I didn’t even have to meet anyone. After paying, I was e-mailed a code to enter the building and my room. The room was charming and comfortable and in a great location. A market and all the interesting monuments were only a few steps away. The small kitchen was definitely a plus! My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning.
Pros: easy check in/out, great location, clean, stove, coffee maker, and mini fridge
Cons: no air conditioning; it can get pretty noisy in the daytime, but...
