Room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was excellent as they served real scrambled eggs one morning and eggs over easy the next.

We stayed in the hotel during the Round Top antique shows. It was not far from the activities. It was a quiet hotel and we enjoyed the time away.

We came later in the evening and checked in and left early in the morning. Small mom and pop run place i think. I think i woke him up when we checked in and left earlier than they arrived at the office to open up the next morning. I slid my room card in the window slot and left. But if you need a receipt you may have to wait a little later to check out than we did. The AC was off when we arrived so the room was SUPER hot and took a while to cool down it was cooler outside than in our room so we...

Inside of the room is very nice. Everything is good for the price. You can sleep well, nice a/c, microwave and they have free ice cubes. Outside is not the best maintained, looks a bit dirty, like the leaf around and cigarettes. But is very minor. Nice staff too. Very reasonable and I always felt safe in the place

Very clean Professional

We have discovered one of the best places ever, and I'm honestly worried to write this review and get the word out. I'm worried that once others find out about this place, we will have a hard time getting availability for a return visit. This is place is horrible, I don't think anyone wants to stay here. Just kidding. This place is absolutely amazing, we can't stop talking about it. My husband of 23 yrs and I wanted to visit Round Top, TX and ran across this really cute place on Expedia. ...

So relaxing

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such an amazing stay at the Frenchie! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the main house on the first floor, and the room was absolutely beautiful. The rooms and the entire property are so thoughtfully designed that every space feels photo shoot ready. It’s the perfect spot for a romantic getaway for two, but it would also be so much fun with a group of friends. The location couldn’t be better. We walked everywhere, with great...

Surprised at high level of cleanliness, friendliness and comfort

Wonderful clean hotel. It was completely booked, so pretty crowed, but no complaints on noise. Beds were very comfortable, but front desk couldn’t get us extra pillows because of how booked they were. We made do with what we had, but it would have been nice for the person sleeping on the pull out to have more than one pillow. Overall nice stay and will definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our offsite breakfast inclusion. Was conveniently located and a charming place to overnight while visiting the Round Top Music Festival

We had such a great experience at Colorado River Camping Resort! The cabin had everything we needed, which made our stay feel comfortable and easy from the moment we arrived. It was clean, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We also arrived after hours, and the staff made the check-in process so smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The office staff overall were attentive, kind, and made us feel very welcomed. It was a peaceful, enjoyable...

Hotel staff, especially Kelly, went above and beyond to help. Hotel lobby, parking lot and Rooms were clean, the breakfasts were amazing and always had a huge variety. Stayed two weekends in a row. This is our hotel now, when we are in the area.Would recommend to everyone.

This hotel did what I asked of it: a comfortable, clean, safe hotel/room with a courteous and cheerful staff. The room was very acceptable and comfortable. The breakfast was typical fare at these types of hotels: nothing special but it wasn't meant to be.

The first time there were no issues. That is why we booked our reservations there this trip. We did have to go to the front desk to get extra towels and amenities since the...
