An absolutely superb hotel for visiting Rovaniemi. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else even if you paid me to. Breakfast was excellent, the room was exceptional, and the private sauna was a class above the rest.

We have stayed in this hotel 3 times and have been totally happy with everything. It has the best location in the very center of Helsinki, easy walking distance from the railroad station (which has an easy connection to the airport), stores, restaurants and sights. The international staff is extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers very good food and is open late. The lobby offers comfortable seating areas and a friendly bar. This is an excellent hotel. I was traveling as a tourist, and it is close to most attractions in the city. The hotel staff (front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping) were always friendly and helpful. The front desk staff spent an exceptional amount of time helping me find and book various "tourist" excursions. The room size was larger than I expected and well maintained. Extremely convenient! Breakfast started at 4:00 am. Connection with train and airport is so close.

So many things to like. Great friendly staff and impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast is just perfect with every healthy option you could think of. And even more you couldn't... I stay here each time I'm in Helsinki and will be continuing that tradition.

Good location, clean room and very helpful staff

Nice hotel, location decent, brand new. I would say that no cleaning service could be a problem for some, but I enjoy the privacy. Check-in very easy with kiosks and code is emailed to you.

Loved this hotel as it was walking distance to the pier and ships. Lots of shops and dining options too. Room was nice and large.

Beautiful property, very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was expansive and so delicious! Better than son cruise ships!
