We stayed one night at the B and B and Connie was wonderful in welcoming us to the property and making sure we were comfortable. The property was very quaint and unique. Our room was very comfortable and clean and the shared bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and Connie was very attentive.

Everything was good except the price very high for one night $1200

My husband and I stayed overnight and our suite was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were highly friendly and accommodating, especially being pet friendly. The only drawback was not enough lighting in back and on the side of the building. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. We plan to stay here again on our future vacations.

The Inn was lovely, Food was delicious. It’s a quiet and comfortable inn just minutes from State College. The innkeepers made it feel like home. The horses were also fun! Hope to be able to visit again before my daughter graduates from PSU.

This was a beautiful B & B. Property was exceptional- inside & outside. Room & bathroom were super clean. Continental breakfast was great. Owners were wonderful. We would definitely go back!

This is my first time I see a bathroom so clean! I would like to recognize the employees resposible to keep your facilities this way. Great job!

Very welcoming, easy to find, and cozy. Perfect for couples. Great location with zero traffic and not far from major stores. Nice Italian restaurant right next to it. Beautiful scenery as well. Breakfast was delicious and the family were warm and kind

very clean both inside and outside of the hotel, staff was friendly and supplied maps of the Penn State campus.

We had a lovely stay. The use of the voucher for parking in the garage was a bit confusing but worked out. Also, the room was very clean aside from the fan on the ceiling in the bathroom. And no toilet paper holder in the bathroom.

This is a cute little motel. Perfect for a Penn state football game. Wonderful, friendly staff. Rooms are newly renovated and the location is great.

Super cute, tucked into an adorable building. A bit confusing to find hotel entrance at first, but it is there. Read all signs. Only complaint is the noise level due to other late night businesses immediately next to or within same building. White noise machines would be great to have inside rooms. It was loud until after 1am on a Tuesday night. Wednesday night was much quieter. Survivable, but noise machine would be amazing. Otherwise the location and the rooms were amazing! Bring your own...

As expected, the hotel was clean and fully operational. The entire staff was extremely professional, polite and respectful. The breakfast was great and would highly recommended this hotel to my colleagues, family and friends.

Everybody was very nice who worked there. Lovely lovely people. it was very clean well maintained and kept. I just wish that the lobby was a little bit bigger so they had couches to watch the rest of the whiteout game. But pleasantly surprised at this hotel.
