From phone call to checkin to room arrival to restaurant, everything was excellent. I loved the jacuzzi room facing the beautiful pond and river. The room was so clean and had everything I needed: coffee, frig, closet, shower gel, etc. Very clean and taken care of. You can tell this hotel is well managed. great restaurant/bar wth live music on fri night.

Very simple amenities…..Gladwin is a great little town and the Inn is very close to everything you might need!! The beds are AMAZINGLY CONFORTABLE….. even after a long day of working! We WILL be returning!

I love the friendliness upon arrival the check was smooth an easy, I also love the cleanliness of the whole entire building. Never seen a awesome place this clean from the outside to the inside. Will definitely give them a 10 an recommend them to people looking to stay here.

Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was very polite and helpful. I thought it was a great stay for the money. I did not have a chance to use it, but the indoor pool looked very nice.

The owner's were incredibly helpful and the accomodations were great. Just be mindful that the bathrooms are very cozy.

We stayed in the House for two nights and it was a great home base for day trips to downhill ski resorts. Beds were comfortable and bedding was provided (in spite of description to the contrary on Hotels.com). Owner was great with communication ahead of time and we didn't encounter any issues during our stay.

It was an excellent stay and a pleasant surprise; the staff was friendly and the cabin we had exceeded expectations as it was perfect for our stay.

My family and I stay here at least twice a year. It's close to home and we prefer this hotel over the larger waterpark hotels because it a fraction of the price. I can see my kids anywhere in the water park from the adult hot tub😁 because it's not over crowed with toys and loads of people. The hotel is right on the water so we always book the room with the lake view and at night we open the glass door to hear the water while we sleep.

Enjoyed our stay. Highly reccomended.
