Absolutely great spot but communication between Expedia and the third party was not good! We spent a lot of time trying to find the apt. And finding the third party that had the key. We loved the spot and the location was fantastic. Just wasted a lot of time trying to get checked in!!

We spent three days in Casa Alice to visit Rovinj and nearby villages/wineries etc. Case Alice is in a quieter location about a 15 minute walk from the city center. We liked the location and found it preferable to staying in the center of Rovinj. Immediately upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Christian, the proprietor, and offered a beverage. Beach is couple of mins walk as property is against rocky part of the wall. Breakfast is decent with made for egg and espresso options. Beautiful place. Phenomenal views of the Valley. Breathtaking old city. Stuff at this place was exceptionally friendly.

Very well located , everything was great as advertised. The host is very responsive and gives great directions as it’s self check in . It can get tricky if you need their parking space since it has a gate , you need to retrieve the key from the apartment 1st then park . There is a back door that connects the parking to the building so you don’t need to walk around the building to enter the property by the front door .

This place was a real find! It's a small boutique hotel that has been renovated and tastefully decorated in a modern style. Our room was sizable with a wonderful rain shower and comfy bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful and added to the pleasure of our stay. The hotel is located across the street from the water so if you sit by the pool or across the street under a covered patio, you will have a beautiful view of the sea. This is the most helpful hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff is beyond amazing and courteous. The location is in the heart of old town Rovinj which is stunning. My husband got sick and the restaurant for breakfast brought food up to our room for no charge. That is SERVICE! I would move in and make this my retirement home if I could. I wish we had stayed longer. This hotel is 5 stars for a much cheaper price. It is an absolute steal!!
