The most lovely stay. And you MUST book a massage. Amazing.

Location

Very big room and right in the middle of historic Palermo with all the shops and dinning. Also, great made to order Breakfast each day from a very helpful staff.

A newly opened hotel in great location - close to the beach and restaurants. Very nice and friendly staff. Great pool with excellent view over the sea. The breakfast is quite extensive.

A great location and very quiet and unique.

The usual things you look for, clean, safe, comfortable beds, close to beach and public transportation, great breakfast, and internet…Hotel Donna Rosa has all that. What makes this property extra special is the staff! Tatiana, Coral, Donna Rosa herself, and the hospitality staff are amazing! They make sure you know where you are going, the best ways to get there, and the best things to do! They made sure we found good restaurants, mapped out transportation for us and made sure we were well...

Beautiful boutique hotel in a middle of nowhere

The staff was wonderful. They even met us at the square and navigated our car up into their parking area. They just went over and above doing anything they could for us! The cottage was roomy, decorated nicely and super clean. The staff brought us anything we needed and even let me know when the spa was ready after it went down for 15 minutes. The views from the cottage were superb- from the terraces all the way out to the sea, and the garden with it's citrus and vegetables draped everywhere....

From the moment I arrived at Palazzo SanGeorgio I knew I was in for something special. The property reflects impeccable taste and thoughtful design. The elegant modern interiors create an atmosphere that strikes a perfect balance between luxury and comfort, making you feel instantly at home. What truly sets this hotel apart however, is its exceptional staff. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to ensure our stay was enjoyable. From seamless check-in to...

My husband Robert and I loved this quaint hotel with delicious food, top rated local wines, beautiful suites, and the best ever professional and friendly staff. We hated that we could not stay longer where we felt so at home! Especially the kind and friendly staff were memorable:Dahlia briefed us on the Villa and all it and the town had to offer, including a great map; Manuel made the best Italian cocktails and really selected fantastic local wines; Anna's English was spectacular as she served...

Not such a good view from my room To close to the stairs Lot of traffic

The Agilia Ortigia Charme Hotel is absolutely superb. Firstly, we were lost in Syracuse, but when we called the hotel to get some guidance, very nice man name Marchello gave us excellent directions and then met us outside the hotel which was a huge help after a long day of driving in Sicily. After check in, we were given a tour of the the hotel by another hotel employee who was also very friendly. Everybody we met at this hotel was so accommodating and friendly. On our way to the hotel, we...

Beautiful views and very responsive staff. The only thing we did not like was leaving to return home.

Every staff member was helpful and friendly.

Excellent property and service! Accommodated all requests!

Everything we expect and more.. wonderful staff they went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.. Hotel location beautiful service top notch.

We booked a room in the Rock annex. It was an entire, fully equipped apartment. The Rock annex is located across the street and down about one block from the main hotel. To be honest, other than doing the initial checkin and a walk around, we never went to the main hotel building. The pool is located there and there is a small bar. However, we were not in Taormina to sit by the pool, so it was of little interest to us. The apartment was wonderful! Quiet. Accessible to everything. Best, I was...

Omg. We just checked out. We miss it already. Our entire stay from start to finish was incredible. The staff made us feel like family. David the concierge made each day so special for us. What a memorable stay he created for us. Alesia at the front desk is so lovely. From the second we made eye contact she greeted us and checked in with us every day. As a hotel General Manager this hotel is 5 stars in every way. Your housekeepers have been trained so well. Cannot say enough about our stay. Thank...

We had a great stay at Timpe Bianche in San Vito Lo Capo. Anna is an excellent hostess and she took care of our needs very well. Thanks Anna.
