Victor was so helpful! Room had a lovely view of the port. Very short walk to restaurants. Room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed.

Good location about a block up from the waterfront, with lots of charm and a decent breakfast. Wifi only really works in the lobby area -- which at night means sitting outside on the patio as the reception and dining area is locked. Amenities were a bit limited (i.e. no hair dryer), but that's reflected in the price. No a/c so room could get a bit stuffy. Fine for us for a night though.

The breakfast that comes with the stay was the best! We are vegetarians but still there were many choices! It is a beautiful property and very clean. The quality of the hotel is excellent. The restaurant was a bit pricey and one dish was too salty for us but it was very good. We stayed at the hottest time to view the eclipse but the AC saved us as many restaurants on the streets didn’t even have an AC. The staff were very helpful, too.

Such a beautiful experience! Property is In a perfect location. Close to the Cathedral and train. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away where you can take day trips to Deía and Valdemossa. Concierge was very helpful. I was there for their grand opening, so it was impeccably clean.

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel Finca Ca N'ai we felt relaxed and completely stunned by the beauty of the grounds. Our room was number 6 in the main building. It was spacious, beautiful, private and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is quite delicious with offerings such as assorted fruits, oatmeal, cereals, pastries, baked goods, baguette with meat & cheese, and eggs prepared to your liking. I had never heard of BQ hotels. I booked this because I needed a kid friendly property with a pool and easy beach access. I was very pleasantly surprised. This property offered all of that and a very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The AC worked well and the water pressure was good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would live to go back there again.
