This resort was wonderful! The cooling tub/pool outside of the room was a treat, with beautiful views of the ocean. The staff was great, and food in the restaurant outstanding. There is a nice resort next door that also has a great restaurant. Please be aware that it is quite a distance from town along a rustic, sometimes unpaved road. Honeymoon story: We arrived to Kho Lipe on December 11th after escaping the disappointment that is Phi Phi after only one day on that Island. The “resort” we booked on Phi Phi was terrible and super remote from everything so we decided to checkout early and get on a speedboat to Lipe. The water in the small private beach is calm and the sand on the beach and in the water there softer than other areas on the island, lots of fish close to the shore, even some shade over part of the beach and water in the afternoon. The ocean views from the cabin are amazing - you can see the ocean from bed. The staircases to the cabins are so clean and smooth, when it’s not too hot, you can go barefoot. Loved the industrial decor, solid furnishings, good water pressure, good hot water, really nice made to order breakfast (included), amazing staff, good wifi (tested at anywhere from 8-17 Mbps and was pretty stable). Loved this place!

Nice decor hotel. The hitelclose to walking street and a lot of restaurant. We love the food from the hotel, there are delicious.

We booked the I beachfront room which had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Room was very clean. The staff were attentive. The breakfast was delicious with various selection. The beach was clean and you can snorkel from the hotel to see corals.

Loved it here and highly recommend! Was at the quieter end of Koh Lipe and the beach was lovely. Staff lovely. Clean. Great value for money. Bungalows were great. Walking distance to walking street and lots of restaurants but far enough away to enjoy the quiet! Would come back again!

The hotel was great for our entire stay. The room was brand new and cleaned to our liking daily. The grounds of the hotel itself is beautiful but does have some reminders that construction has just been done. The staff is fantastic, friendly and accommodating. The food is also good but expensive when compared to some of the options elsewhere on the island. The resort is located on sunrise beach and is one of the nicer beach areas on the island. Top teir all the way! Beautiful property in a gorgeous setting. From the moment we arrived, to the accommodation, dining and spa this resort knows what they are doing and they do it right. I will absolutely be back! I wast treated as a valuable guest and i felt welcomed. The staff is amazing with smiles kindness. I cannot say enough wonderful things. The only bad part is having to leave.

My husband and I’s first time in Koh Lipe Check in: the hotel couldn’t find my reservation for some reason but the staff was quick to fix it. The staff was also friendly and very helpful. Very convenient to go anywhere. Nice breakfast and very clean pool. They have shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up from night market.
