A beautiful property, well maintained, clean and in a good part of the city.

We has a wonderful stay here! It is a very cozy apartment on the top floor. There are no elevators in the building, which was not a problem for us. The space was quiet and felt roomy for four people. All the amenities worked great including the airconditioners. We appreciated how close the place was from the Hiroshima Station - a quick 10 minute walk. The host was very communicative and quick to respond. We recommend this place to everybody!

This place is a total gem. They only have 11 rooms so the staff really gets to know everyone. Amazing staff. The rooms were so cute and comfortable. There's a fun little place to eat Okonomi a minute away, but not much else in this quiet neighborhood. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but you can get a breakfast basket in the morning. Hiroshima Station is an easy 15 minute walk away. Delightful stay.

A nice apart-hotel. Very clean, very nice ambiance, nicely organized space to spend cozyly with the family (of 4). Comfortable beds. Clean apartment. A very restful place to spend while in Tokyo, although it is a bit interior.

The room was very clean and it was conveniently located to transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores.

The hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast had variety of food and really tasty . Best of all, hotel is located in the station so, very convenient for shopping and food, also access to all the transportation, including Shinkansen and local line was easy, especially I was with my mom, who needs a wheelchair access so, the hotel location helped our Hiroshima trip easier for us. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Some spoke English very well. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with traditional Japanese dishes along with American style items including a cook to order omelette chef.

A good stay in Hiroshima at the Mercure - centrally located and about a 20min walk from the train station or take a short tram ride from the station. One thing that drew us to this hotel was the washer/dryer combo in the room. They also provide detergent. We were able to get three loads of laundry done BUT it takes approx 3.5hrs for each load (washing and drying) so plan accordingly. The hotel is immaculate and staff are very polite. They have an area for snacks and drinks in the lobby...

Room was very clean with a great view of the Atomic Bomb Dome and Museum. Very secure and easy to find location too. I would highly recommend this for your stay.

Clean room, very helpful staff

The rooms were large, the AC worked well and everything was very nice. They helped me ship my luggage and was super close to the train station. The staff was very helpful. My whole family of 5 loved it!
