great location! I had a 30 hours layover on route to Vietnam and wanted to see Hong Kong. On the way out I stayed at the Regal airport hotel on the way out and this hotel on the way back, this hotel was much better because it had a huge mall attached to it, so could get lots of food choices, the train station to Hong Kong Station was attached to the mall too (maybe a 4 minute walk from the hotel through the mall) you can use your debit/credit card by tapping to get to Hong Kong station and then...

Service was excellent, and while the location is a bit far away from central HK, all of the resort hotels are along the sea with wonderful views, especially if you walk along the seawall. The rooms were quite nice and well themed. We were there during a quiet period so some of the dining options were not available. Major plus, they let us check in early after our very long flight from the U.S.

Nice, clean hotel that has many amenities, close to wan chai subway stop and many stores in mall that connects to hotel. Recommend.

It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway.

Excellent service and extreme friendly staff. My wife and I spent the last 5 night in this hotel on our anniversary. The staff are very friendly. Front desk very accommodating. The bell captain Max is very passionate. He not only gave us advice on local eateries and directions to get there. I've stayed at many hotels in Hong Kong over the last two years. This hotel is pure pleasure. The room was spacious. The pool is fabulous--good size and good sunshine. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was delicious on right on time. Plus, the welcome tea was a wonderful touch. And the location is great and convenient! I don't often recommend hotels, but this is one I would highly recommend. I am looking forward to the next time I stay here, which hopefully will be soon.

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour in June 2025 and have no complaints. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The view was spectacular. The bathroom was a bit cramped but the rain shower felt great. They also provide robes which we appreciated when visiting their infinity pool.
