It was good hotel and good location. The only issue we had was with lock, which staff took care off.

We were concerned about COVID-19 and chose Home2Suites. No one could enter the lobby without a confirmed reservation. I was most impressed with total protocol. Thanks for wearing masks, and insisting that all patrons be masked, too.

This was the surprise of the year so far. The hotel was fantastic. The staff mentioned they have been open for over a year already but it looks like it opened yesterday-clean clean clean. The hotel has a pantry that is very affordable for a night snack or anything you need which was another surprise. Fantastic stay.

This is a newer hotel that is clean, comfortable and modern. Easy free parking, nice employees and a beautiful wide view of trees from our room. Coffee offerings in the lobby. Great place to stay for the price.

Everyone was the best very clean n I loved it

Robin Williams was absolutely wonderful. We both have very famous names and was just laughing. Very nice person and very clean and comfortable place.

A great place to stay! Very clean. GREAT staff. Kids loved the pool. The breakfast was surprisingly good. A big step up from the typical hotel breakfast fare. Definitely recommend.

Clean, modern, and convenient little hotel—we stayed overnight after a concert at nearby Pine Knob. Staff was joyously friendly and helpful with information and even guidance on a shuttle available to and from Pine Knob. I will definitely book here again. It’s perfect!

I stayed at Comfort Inn for a week and all of the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and caring !! The manager, Brandon went out of his way to assist us with directions. Bertha, Brenda and Toya were all friendly and helpful. All of them helped to make a family-like vacation. It was comfortable and friendly and I plan to go back again next year !! Thanks to this terrific staff...also Hannah and the other staff members who were so kind to us too !!!

This is probably one of my new favorites. This was my first stay here and I had the Jacuzzi room, which was amazing! Very clean! The jacuzzi tub was huge, it was like a mini pool for my four year old. The hotels decor is not modern but it's not bad. Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was great. They even had rice and sushi kits and soup mixes. Staff was nice.

Excellent staff in the hotel. Wish there was a breakfast buffet--whether free or pay version. The cafe was very expensive and our friends waited 45 minutes to get a breakfast burrito. Another family loved the pool...it was a mini vacation for them!!

Place was very clean, free breakfast was plus, and a great price compared to the competition in the area.

Clean rooms and friendly staff!

Very nice and clean! Wayyy nicer than expected. Mark at the front desk was amazing as well.

Pet friendly and cheapest "xtra" charge for pets around the area. Cynthia was fantastic at check in, making sure thatbwe had a room that could handle our crates for the dogs. Will stay again!
