Nice clean new building. Disappointed that there was no hot tub and the pool area was tiny.

Our stay at the AmericInn was great the rooms were very clean and the staff were so kind, and helpful! Breakfast was good and we would definitely stay there again.

Here for wedding. Understand checking in before 3 sometimes can’t happen. So we asked if there’s was an iron or anything we could use Or laundry close , her answer was very rudely NO. This is LONG overdue and for that I apologize. My 12 year son and I were traveling from central Illinois up to Green Bay to take in a Packers game this past December, staying the night in Appleton. About 60 miles short of our destination for the night, we hit a deer and it did quite a bit of damage to our vehicle. Gorgeous property. Friendly staff. Quiet except the upstairs neighbors had squeaky floor boards and were up walking around from 5-8 am and we couldn't sleep. Bar on main floor is beautiful but not open very long. The bartender Bill makes the best old fashioned. Clean. Very comfortable bed. Jetted tub was amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was excellent. The food was fresh and ready on time.

The people where nice, great breakfast,clean room, the only down side is the pool was freezing cold so swimming really wasn't an option, they had a pool table but the pool sticks had Mold on them, the table was also uneven, and there wasn't any chalk. Overall our stay was great, I only wish we had been able to swim more.

The room has everything you need, plus a few extras. The room was very clean and comfortable. They have a pool, hot tub and place where you can buy drinks and snacks. I thought the price was well worth it and I would go back again. Plenty of dining option within a couple of miles. Right of the highway. Kudos to the staff.

The hotel is in the process of remodeling but it was clean and quiet. The staff were all very friendly.

Desk attended was friendly. Pre-check in made arrival and check in very quick!
