If you are going to Cocoa Beach, you NEED to stay here. Its away from all the people, the beach is right across the street, and you can kayak the river. Beautiful set up. 7 min drive will bring you to the Golf course pavillion where you can see off the dock the bioluminescent waters. If im ever in the area again, definitely staying here again!

I found this inn online...I was extremely sceptical until reading all of the amazing reviews I found online. Let's just say I was not disappointed at all. The owner was so friendly, treated me as family instead of a complete stranger, and the room was spotless!!! No smell no dirt anywhere!!! I definitely recommend this Inn!!

The hosts john and mark were very friendly and nice. It was a nice room comfortable bed. Had no issues with anything. They had adorable kitties :) ms piggy was just (cat) a lover. I enjoyed the stay thank-you 😊

Another amazing trip. I stayed with this company several years ago when I came down for a cruise. The rates were good. The house was very clean. We had a smoke detector where the battery was out and it beeped all night. We contacted staff and although maintenance doesn't work on weekends they fixed the problem quickly Will definitely return again.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The entire place looked brand new and the room was well thought out and designed, offering a large refrigerator, full size microwave and dishwasher and very nice plates and kitchenware. The kitchenette was just really nice to have. The room was spacious and there was even a nice pull out couch. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the breakfast was good, with a few more options than most that serve complimentary breakfast. The area...

Wonderful hotel! Great location. Located very close to cruise port. Hotel offer cruise parking and shuttle for guest. The bar altitude 360 offers spectacular views of cape canaveral, especially at night! The bar drinks are amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed the rocket fuel runner cocktail which was hand crafted by the wonderful bartender. Highly recommend! I will stay here everytime I'm in the area.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. It was cold, windy and rainy out side but very comfortable rooms. The breakfast was very good. We stayed the night before we got on the cruise ship and we were able to take the shuttle to the ship. I would recommend this hotel for families.

Checked in found room and necessities to be clean, modern and well stocked. It was an enjoyable stay. Personnel were friendly, Professional and attentive.

The irrigation needs to be adjusted to avoid wetting passersby. Walkways through the lawns from the parking lot to the hotel are needed.

This was a brand new hotel and the room we stayed in was exceptionally nice. Huge suite. King bed with a full size kitchen, couch a large eating area. Just awesome plenty of space for clothes. Excellent hotel especially for the price. It was a 100 cheaper than the surrounding hotels. Staff was phenomenal. Walking distance to restaurants and stores.
